"After teaching preschool for four years,
and working with the development of local
charter schools, I opened Arches in 2009.
Arches was a dream that has been incredible
to see come to fruition. I graduated from the
University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor or Arts degree in
Political Science and Comparative Politics. After graduating, I went
back for my certification in Early Childhood Administration. I believe
in creating an environment that allows children to investigate and
question topics to find answers themselves. In turn, children learn how
to be creative and independently problem solve!"
"I graduated from Northern Kentucky
University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in
Mathematics Education. I have been working
at Arches since we opened. The children
make each day a new adventure with their stories,
personalities, and their ability to make the day bright. I love the family environment that we have created at Arches and enjoy seeing Arches grow each year!"
We believe in parents and educators guiding children to discover their ability to communicate through words, numbers, art, music, faith, movement, science, and the hundreds of combined possibilities.
Arches is a licensed child care center with the state of Ohio and meets all requirements for professional and safe child care. Our teachers have met all current licensing rules and qualifications to ensure your child's safety.
Arches was founded in 2009 as a before and after school program. We currently offer preschool, before and after school care, kindergarten enrichment, a special needs and one-on-one program, summer camp, tutoring, and music lessons. We are a licensed Christian program; it is important for us to provide children with positive role models and a fun filled enviroment.
We believe in a school that fosters children's potential by providing rich learning environments. We encourage our students to play with a purpose and have developed a curriculum that supports hands-on learning.
We have partnered with the Hamilton County Public Health Department to become a WeTHRIVE! Center. We are committed to helping ensure that all children have access to healthy foods each day, learn and understand healthy eating behaviors, and maintain a healthy weight.
